This is the photograph of the BJP banner in an Odisha urban cluster that was torn by the strong winds generated by Cyclone Fani. This tweet with the same text `Two disasters in one frame’ was put out by quite a few people who were clearly not admirers of the Prime Minister.

But how do the Modi fans see the same photograph of the torn banner? Very differently. In their worldview, Modi vs Fani battle was decided in favour of the former.

The photograph with the caption `Jiska Cyclone Fani bhi kuch nahi bigaad saka, who hai Modi ji’ is doing the rounds on the internet. Translated to English, it means `Even Cyclone Fani could not have any adverse impact on Modi’.

The PM is scheduled to visit Odisha on Monday to review the devastation caused to the state by Cyclone Fani. The Centre had released Rs 1086 crore to Odisha, Bengal, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu to prepare for dealing with Cyclone Fani.
