[Video] How many wickets down, asks Bihar Health minister

It is an emergency situation out there in Muzaffarpur, 70 km from capital Patna in Bihar, where 134 children have died due to encephalitis, in about two weeks.

Lack of preparedness by the health administration and lack of sufficient interest in ensuring healthcare is another. The latter came to the fore during a review meeting in Patna on Sunday when the Bihar Health minister’s mind, it would seem, was occupied with the India-Pakistan match in Manchester.

A query he put asking “how many wickets down” has angered people because the Encephalitis wicket is not getting out in Muzaffarpur.
